Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in invoicing and bank reconciliation. 2. Petty cash management and support in financial reporting. 3. Administrative support in logistics operations and HR. An importer and distributor of clinical laboratory products is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Issuance of payment vouchers (invoicing). Bank reconciliation. Support in preparing reports and statements. Petty cash management tasks. Support in determining taxes payable and preparing financial information. Tracking and handling administrative procedures related to accounting and tax matters. Administrative support to logistics operations and human resources departments. **REQUIREMENTS** Accounting professional. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting processes (invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash). Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Magdalena. Experience with Concar accounting software (preferred). Microsoft Office – intermediate level.
