Our work focuses on client acquisition and prospecting for credit placement. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Prior experience as a Backoffice professional in the Financial Sector, specifically in agreement-based loans (minimum 1 year) \- Technical, incomplete or completed degree. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Experience handling databases, pivot tables, statistical charts, and macros. \- Experience operating banking systems and/or platforms. \- Demonstrated responsibility, results orientation, competitiveness, negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and commitment to high-quality customer service. **FUNCTIONS:** \- Receive, verify—both qualitatively and quantitatively—the documentation and enter new customer credit applications. \- Use credit evaluation systems, segmentation tools, filters, and other related functions. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-rate salary * Pleasant working environment * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience as a BACKOFFICE professional handling AGREEMENT-BASED LOANS?
