Model coordination and clash detection DESCRIPTION ### **Position Objective** Develop BIM models of external networks for infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate technical representation of sanitary, potable water, and electricity systems in compliance with BIM standards and project requirements. ### **Responsibilities** * Model external sanitary, potable water, and electricity networks in a BIM environment. * Develop advanced-level models in **Civil 3D** (alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks). * Generate drawings, sections, longitudinal profiles, and cross-sections. * Coordinate models with other disciplines (civil, structural, architectural). * Apply BIM standards, nomenclatures, and model quality control. * Detect clashes and propose technical solutions. * Update models according to engineering changes. * Support project technical documentation. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D (mandatory).** * **Proven experience in external network projects** (sanitary, electricity, potable water). * Experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure. * Ability to interpret drawings, profiles, and design criteria. * Collaborative work ethic, organization, and commitment to deliverable quality.
