Our Aftersales team is seeking a BMW Mechanical Technician to join Inchcape Perú. The purpose of this role is to deliver appropriate service to vehicles entering the workshop, following procedures as outlined in the manual, ensuring service quality, utilizing all tools provided by the company, and completing ongoing training offered by both Inchcape and the BMW Group. **What You’ll Do** Inspect vehicles to transparently and promptly communicate findings to the owner via the Clear Mechanic tool. Perform preventive vehicle maintenance according to the brand’s technical manual using the ISTA tool. Communicate completed work and findings on serviced vehicles via email. Provide appropriate documentation to support warranty and recall management for the brand. Meet workshop productivity and efficiency targets. Support network workshops during campaigns. Support mechanical roadside assistance. Support brand events. Complete manufacturer-provided courses (WBTs) and those offered by Inchcape University. Report and perform checklists for the lifts in use. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical Technician degree, or related field. 1 year of experience in an automotive workshop. Knowledge of diagnostic tools (scanner). Driver’s license A1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
