Students pursuing related degrees (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Acquiring clients for SME loan placements (field-based management). Telephonically contacting pre-qualified clients (office-based management). Updating client visit management reports for prospecting activities. Actively participating in follow-up meetings. Collaborating within a team to achieve established targets. **COMPETENCIES:** Strong communication skills, including verbal fluency and active listening. Frustration tolerance. Goal-oriented mindset.
