MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond promptly and clearly to customer WhatsApp messages (inquiries, orders, follow-ups). * Register and schedule all orders in the corresponding system, verifying details such as products, quantities, delivery dates, and times. * Coordinate with the workshop team for order preparation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Organize and supervise the delivery process to the end customer, confirming receipt and resolving any issues arising during delivery. * Keep customer information up to date and record comments or suggestions to improve service. 3. REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements * Education: Technical or university studies in administration, gastronomy, or related fields (or demonstrable experience in similar positions). * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and order registration systems. * Clear and empathetic communication skills. * Ability to self-organize and manage multiple orders simultaneously. * Availability to adapt to flexible hours according to event demand. Desirable requirements * Prior experience in catering coordination or customer service.
