Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Commercial Strategy Coordinator. * Comprehensive staffing diagnosis: Periodic analysis of headcount, productivity per sales point, and actionable recommendations for decision-making on optimal channel staffing. * Management and control of the sales point network: Monitoring openings, closures, renovations, and physical channel coverage, ensuring validity of the sales point map. * Design of sales-point-specific action plans: Identification of performance gaps and development of tailored corrective action plans per sales point, coordinated with channel managers. * Coordination and supervision of commercial strategies and incentives together with channel leaders to ensure achievement of defined objectives while respecting channel cost constraints. * Oversight of the physical channel CAPEX budget execution — including coverage initiatives (openings, renovations, closures) and investment projects — ensuring traceability, adherence to plan, and timely alerts for deviations. * Identification of plan compliance risks through timely reporting of deviations and alerts, accompanied by associated action plans. * Development and maintenance of data processing automations within the area. Construction of simulation models and scenario analyses to support decision-making. * Compliance with, and enforcement of, the Crime Prevention Model guidelines and implemented or certified management systems, promoting their application across the team. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university education. * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level SQL proficiency. * Oracle proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in commercial areas. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
