That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Gallagher’s Compliance function is responsible for ensuring the organization’s integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic partner in preventing legal and reputational risks. Its scope includes implementing and overseeing key programs in Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC), Market Conduct, and Data Protection, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * + Provide support to the Compliance Management team in administering the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism System (AML/CFT System), including monitoring and tracking compliance indicators. + Responsible for managing due diligence on clients, suppliers, and employees (KYC process and sector-specific AML/CFT regulations), ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements under the AML/CFT System and Market Conduct frameworks. + Preparation of regulatory (SBS/UIF) and non-regulatory reports and filings. + Support internal training initiatives on AML/CFT prevention and the Corporate Crime Prevention Model and related topics. + Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Corporate Crime Prevention Model—including risk matrices and controls—with periodic reporting to the Compliance Management team. + Support third-party management and compliance with corporate policies on the subject. + Support advisory services on Data Privacy and other matters within the Compliance scope. + Support monitoring of Group policy compliance and local implementation—including dissemination and training. + Other related responsibilities within the Compliance scope. **About You** * + University degree, preferably in Law or related fields. + 5 years of experience in the required areas. + Experience in key areas such as Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Personal Data Protection, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC), and Market Conduct and Consumer Protection, with the ability to implement and oversee compliance programs ensuring alignment with applicable regulations. + Experience managing end-to-end compliance processes, acting as a partner in executing full-cycle processes and as owner of key programs. + High level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to lead compliance initiatives and projects, as well as ensure effective execution of programs under their responsibility. + Commitment to medium- and long-term contributions, with strategic vision to support the growth and strengthening of Gallagher’s compliance programs. + **Competencies:** Continuous learning, Independence and autonomy, Strategic decision-making, Flexibility and adaptability, Organization and prioritization. + English language proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools.
