Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement and manage Integrated Management Systems, providing advisory services and conducting internal audits. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to plan and conduct internal audits **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. · Training on occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legal regulations. · Internal auditor training. · Course and/or training in process management or BPMN. · At least 1.5 years of experience implementing management systems based on ISO 9001-14001-45001 in consulting firms or other sectors. · Knowledge of and/or experience implementing Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. · Microsoft Office (Intermediate) · Power BI (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** · Develop all required documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). · Advise clients on needs and/or issues arising during implementation projects to achieve project objectives. · Deliver talks and training sessions to raise awareness regarding management systems for assigned projects. · Coordinate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project objectives. · Schedule consultancy sessions according to consulting project timelines. · Prepare consultancy reports and statistics for performance analysis of services. · Coordinate and supervise client personnel directly involved in IMS implementation projects to facilitate achievement of objectives. · Ensure compliance with the Management System programs. · Plan and conduct internal audits. · Conduct inspections and/or compliance audits of client processes. · Propose improvements to enhance client management system performance. · Support company-organized events promoting its services. · Other duties as assigned, commensurate with the nature of the position.
