Job Summary: We are seeking a junior logistics coordinator to supervise and coordinate transportation operations, manage incidents, and ensure service compliance through constant communication with customers and the operational team. Support for continuous improvement of operations. We are looking for a junior logistics coordinator to join our transportation operations team. We seek a professional capable of coordinating transportation operations, managing incidents, and ensuring service compliance while maintaining constant communication with customers and the operational team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the start of daily operations and timely dispatch of units. * Monitor driver attendance and coordinate replacements when necessary. * Conduct real-time tracking of units assigned to your account. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their services. * Coordinate with drivers, logistics assistants, and suppliers to ensure operational continuity. * Manage and report operational incidents promptly. * Supervise the fulfillment of pending services and support continuous improvement of operations. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the transportation sector. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of route planning, distribution, and unit tracking. * Experience with TMS systems or monitoring platforms is desirable. * Availability to work during the following hours: **Monday to Friday:** 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. * Willingness to travel within the Z. I. Parq.
