Recording and updating information in the client's system **Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Automotive Sector** **Work Location:** Independencia, Lima **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to provide end-user support for our client, focused on managing and scheduling maintenance for light vehicles and automobiles. This is an administrative position within the Operations department. **Main Responsibilities:** This role involves direct communication with end customers to coordinate and manage maintenance for their vehicles. Additionally, the incumbent must record and update information in the primary client’s system to ensure proper service scheduling. Other related duties may be assigned according to operational needs. **Requirements:** Applicants must have completed **secondary education** and a **minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service**, preferably in administrative or operational environments. Strong task prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication with customers are essential. **Working Conditions:** Working hours: **Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, with a **1-hour lunch break**. Employment under the **MYPE payroll – Small Business** scheme. **Benefits:** Base salary: S/1,200 Bonus: S/300 **Important Considerations:** Availability to work overtime when operationally required.
