Constant interaction with residents and visitors A multifamily building is seeking a Day Shift Concierge for its San Borja building, with experience in: 1. Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and fixes, and ensuring the building remains in good condition. 2. Conducting and supervising cleaning services, ensuring the building is always clean and orderly. 3. Managing the security system and building access control. 4. Proactively and efficiently resolving issues, demonstrating initiative and decision-making ability. 5. Collaborating closely with residents and other staff to ensure proper building operations. 6. Attending to visitors by registering them and providing security for their belongings and vehicles; offering assistance to residents as needed. Requirements: 1. Prior experience as a concierge or in a similar role for more than 1 year. 2. Demonstrated skills in basic maintenance and problem-solving. 3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. 4. Strong initiative, decision-making ability, and conflict-resolution skills. 5. Excellent communication and resident-service skills. 6. Availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts. 7. No police, judicial, or criminal records.
