We are currently seeking a **Manufacturer** for our plant in **Callao**. **Job Objective:** Execute manufacturing and packaging activities for products, following process instructions, quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety, health, and environmental guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Carry out product manufacturing according to the manufacturing guide and Production Supervisor’s instructions. * Verify availability and condition of raw materials, supplies, and materials prior to initiating the process. * Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools, and promptly report any malfunctions or defects. * Perform packaging activities and ensure the product meets established specifications. * Accurately record process information in production, quality, and system documentation. * Comply with the quality management system procedures, including recordkeeping, notifications, and SAP data entry. * Keep SIG records up to date. * Actively participate in inventories of raw materials, supplies, finished products, and PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations, promoting safe operations at the plant. * Promptly report any incidents, substandard conditions, or process deviations to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within industrial, manufacturing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related plants. * Preferred experience in manufacturing, mixing, packaging, filling, or operating production machinery. * Preferred knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Safety and Health. * Availability to work in Callao. * Preferred valid Forklift Operator Certification and/or experience in internal material handling. **BENEFITS**: * Percentage-based coverage under EPS and oncology insurance. * Statutory Life Insurance effective from day one. * Percentage-based meal allowance. * Positive work environment.
