Position Summary: We are seeking Clinical Nurses for the Gastroenterology Department, responsible for attending to patients and ensuring their recovery according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attend to patients in the Gastroenterology Department according to quality standards. 2. Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. 3. Perform and/or supervise cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic equipment. At **Clínica San Felipe**, with over 60 years of history and the country’s most distinguished medical staff, we seek talent that shares our purpose: *“Helping people lead healthier lives and enabling the healthcare system to work better for everyone.”* We are looking for **Clinical Nurses for the Gastroenterology Department**. **What will be your challenge?** To attend to patients in the Gastroenterology Department in accordance with Clínica San Felipe’s quality standards and established processes, ensuring patient recovery and rehabilitation. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Licensed and registered nurse. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in Endoscopy or the Gastroenterology Department. \- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts — 150 hours per month. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures for patient care. \- Perform and/or supervise the cleaning and disinfection process of endoscopic equipment. \- Support and document the execution of administrative shift activities. \- Review and request supplies for the Endoscopy Department. \- Comply with biopsy traceability procedures. \- Register procedure start and end times in the web-based appointment scheduling system. \- Bill supplies used for each patient’s care. \- Attend and complete all scheduled trainings at the clinic (institutional, corporate, etc.). \- Document in the nursing care plan and perform safety pauses for each patient attended.
