THE COMPANY The National Ports Company S.A., in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 098, fulfills the mission of administering, operating, and maintaining the Republic's port terminals, providing services for maritime vessels and cargo movements related to Peruvian foreign trade. The Company is a joint-stock corporation established under the private-law state enterprise regime regulated by Law No. 24948\. It was created as a decentralized public agency of the Ministry of Transport and Communications through Decree Laws No. 17526 and No. 18027, commencing operations on January 1, 1970\. Its functions were incorporated into the National Port System Law, promulgated in March 2003\. Currently, it administers the following port terminals: Ilo, Huacho-Supe, Iquitos, Yurimaguas, and the Muelle al Servicio del Perú (MASP) in Arica.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER \- PORT SECTOR
**Details:****PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
A Master’s degree in Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines is mandatory; alternatively, a professional degree plus specialized training relevant to the position and at least one (01\) additional year of specific experience in this role.
Desirable: Specialized courses in Public Management, Taxation, Senior Executive Programs, Strategic Planning, Human Resources Management, Logistics Management, Financial Management, or related areas.
Minimum of seven (7) years of general work experience since graduation is mandatory. At least three (3) years must be in managerial positions (e.g., Advisor, Director, Country Manager) or equivalent roles leading departments with similar characteristics or responsibilities in public or private enterprises (held within the last ten years).
Desirable: Two (2) years of experience in public or private enterprises and/or national government entities related to the corporation’s sector or sectors.
Knowledge of the Public Investment Law, State Procurement Law, Collective Bargaining, or related regulations.
Intermediate-level English proficiency and Office software skills.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Implement and ensure compliance with the Administration Management’s Organization and Functions Manual (MOF).
Implement and ensure compliance with directives issued by Senior Management.
Lead, control, and supervise administrative and operational activities of assigned personnel.
Formulate, propose, and implement appropriate strategies to fulfill the department’s mission, aligned with corporate policies set forth by Senior Management.
Propose and monitor execution of the Operational Plan, Training Plan, Budgetary Plan, and Annual Procurement and Contracting Plan within its scope, consistent with the objectives and targets of the Corporate Strategic Plan.
Ensure implementation of the Strategic Plan and the Company’s Operational Plan, participating in Working Committees or Commissions as directed by General Management.
Submit, within the first five business days of the following month, the report on completed training activities to the Planning and Projects Office.
Propose to General Management normative documents ensuring financial, logistical, human resources, and information technology processes.
Represent the Company before State institutions on matters within its competence.
Supervise preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements.
And other duties related to the position.
