We are characterized by continuous growth and are currently seeking passionate talents who wish to join our team. **Position:** Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment) **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. * 1 year of experience in the position, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications industry (Desirable). * Ability to manage your own recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for personnel. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and role\-play exercises for selection. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms. * Schedule training sessions and conduct onboarding for candidates. * Meet weekly HeadCount targets. * Support the workplace climate program and track applicants. * Assist with company activities. * Submit recruitment reports. * Other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant work environment. * Employment type: Service Fee Receipt * Fixed salary: S/1200 \+ Bonuses for achieving income targets. * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Location: Av.
