We are looking for a **Junior Operations Engineer** with initiative, strong learning ability, and customer orientation, who wishes to develop professionally in a company where they will actively participate in projects from day one. What will you do? * Conduct technical visits to client facilities. * Gather information for preparing technical proposals. * Prepare technical reports and support quality dossiers. * Coordinate work execution with the production department. * Monitor project deadlines. * Prepare quotations and technical proposals. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and various internal departments. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in metal-mechanical companies, industrial maintenance, or mechanical manufacturing. * Knowledge of machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks * Willingness to conduct technical visits outside Lima * Valid A1 driver’s license What do we offer? * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Participation in projects for major industrial and port clients. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for growth within the organization.
