Availability to work on **rotating shifts** in San Isidro (and possible support at our branches in Miraflores, San Borja, and Surco). Preparing dishes correctly according to standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3\. Assisting with order receipt while ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5\. Immediately notifying the kitchen manager if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and keeping the area organized before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and products according to established standards. 9\. Knowing how to properly handle and complete forms and production records.
