Availability to work **rotating shifts** in San Borja (and possible support at branches in Miraflores, San Isidro, and Surco). Preparing dishes correctly following standardized recipes. 2. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3. Assisting in receiving orders, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and established pairings. 5. Immediately informing the head chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6. Cleaning and keeping the area tidy before, during, and after service. 7. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and products according to established standards. 9. Knowing how to properly handle and complete forms and production records.
