We are looking to hire a **Junior Fleet Manager** to help us optimize our logistics and operational processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the heavy-duty freight vehicle fleet * Monitor maintenance, availability, and operational readiness of vehicles * Track routes, schedules, and driver performance * Maintain vehicle and driver documentation * Prepare fleet, cost, and operational reports * Coordinate with transportation, operations, and maintenance departments **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 **year** of experience as a fleet manager, fleet coordinator, or similar role * Knowledge of **heavy-duty freight fleet management** * Preventive and corrective maintenance control of vehicles * Vehicle tracking (GPS) and operational monitoring * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and fleet management systems * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills * Valid driver's license **A\-IIb or higher** (not mandatory) **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM** **Compensation:** * **Salary: S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,000**, based on evaluation and experience **We Offer:** * Enrollment in the General Regime payroll system * Job stability * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
