Role focused on regulatory compliance and sample preparation We are Multilab Laboratories and are actively seeking talent — you are invited to join our team. **Certified Laboratory Technician \- Honorarium** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure laboratory staff compliance with the Laboratory Guide, Standards and Procedures Manual, Sample Collection Manual, and other official documents related to laboratory operations. * Perform sample collection. * Verify patient information. * Inform patients of pre-examination preparation requirements and confirm they arrive under appropriate conditions. * Instruct patients on the correct method of collection for specific sample types. * Prepare sample collection materials. * Collect blood samples from all types of patients, including neonates and arterial blood gases. * Receive and prepare samples for subsequent processing by a medical technologist. * Perform daily sterilization of reusable glass and plastic materials; dispose of biological waste after decontamination. * Use resources appropriately and avoid unnecessary waste. * Enter patient data into the reception system. * Deliver documents. * Record client service interactions. **Requirements:** * Certified graduate of Clinical Laboratory Technology program (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in sample collection from all types of patients, preferably neonates and pediatric patients. * Mandatory experience in sample collection (AGAS, neonates, oncology, screening tests). * Pleasant and respectful demeanor toward all types of patients. **Work Modality and Benefits:** * Honorarium-based arrangement. * Monthly payments. * Ongoing training. * Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 1:00 PM. **Competencies:** * Initiative. * Client relationship management, self-management, and task execution. * Ongoing training.
