**Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in mechanics, electromechanics, or related industrial fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience operating industrial machinery. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Align with your team to maintain quality levels, productivity, and on-time delivery. * Ensure compliance with quality controls and release conforming products. * Adhere to machine schedules, guaranteeing on-time delivery. * Achieve the productivity target required by the plant. * Maintain and/or improve scrap levels according to targets. * Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous production. * Establish a training plan for your assistants. * Guarantee knowledge transfer to all members of your team. * Ensure compliance with the Master SGI Plan and guarantee implementation and reporting of standards achieved in TPM Steps 1, 2, and 3. * Implement TPM steps on the machine. * Ensure compliance with and documentation of standards (provisional or final) established in the TPM steps. * Lead, jointly with the line representative, autonomous maintenance meetings and activities. * Comply with reporting requirements for Quality Protocols, Production Protocols, Machine Downtime, and Scrap Labels. * Ensure documentation of performed quality checks, production data, and machine downtime. * Comply with, and ensure your assistants comply with, proper labeling of conforming products as well as generated scrap. * Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in your work area. * Use, and ensure your assistants use, the required PPE for their positions. * Comply with daily cleaning standards and ensure your assistants do likewise. * Comply with plant-wide 5S (Order & Cleanliness) audits. * Create or keep updated the documentation for the process under your responsibility. * Identify and implement process improvements, reporting them to the Quality Management System responsible person. * Comply with functions and regulations specified in the organization’s official documents (regulations, procedures, manuals, etc.). **Offered:** * Full statutory employment contract with all legal benefits. * Base salary of S/.1700 (adjusted according to experience). * Overtime pay offered. * Commuting allowance. * 100% covered lunch. * Career development path. * Continuous training opportunities.
