Power a mega-project! We are looking for a Field MEP (Electromechanical) Supervisor **The Challenge:** Are you passionate about seeing engineering come to life at scale? At **DSE Ingeniería**, we seek a highly skilled **MEP Supervisor** to take charge of installations for a colossal logistics distribution center of approx. 80,000 m². As this is a **Fast\-Track (EPC)** project, there’s no room for boredom. Design and construction proceed concurrently, meaning you’ll need to interpret evolving engineering drawings and ensure the project’s electrical and mechanical "heart" operates flawlessly—keeping pace with accelerated schedules. **Your mission on the project:** * Serve as the on-site specialist and guardian for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations (including fire suppression water networks, main switchboards, and low-current systems). * Collaborate closely with contractors and designers to resolve interferences (Clash Detection) in real time, preventing design changes from halting production. * Audit physical progress, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and validate equipment testing, protocols, and commissioning. * Coordinate continuously with Civil, Quality, and SSOMA Supervisors to guarantee flawless handover of work fronts. **The Profile We Seek:** * A licensed and registered professional in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical\-Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering**. * Proven experience supervising or executing MEP specialty work on **industrial projects, large-scale logistics centers, or similar facilities**. * Strong ability to read integrated drawings and familiarity with BIM environments. * A proactive, solution-oriented professional who enjoys fieldwork and possesses the temperament to demand quality under tight schedule pressure. **What We Offer:** * **The Project:** Add one of the country’s largest and most technologically demanding logistics centers to your portfolio. * **Stability:** Direct payroll employment with full statutory benefits from day one. **Do you have the energy this project demands?** Send your updated CV to: **seleccion@dechini.com.pe**, indicating in the subject line **"MEP Supervisor \- Logistics Project"**.
