We are currently recruiting for **WAITER / HOSTESS** positions at our **SAN BORJA / SAN MIGUEL** locations. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off Rotating schedule – 48 working hours per week **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Arrange tables and chairs according to the restaurant’s floor plan. * Set up mise en place at tables: utensils, napkins, condiment containers, cutlery—ensuring all items are clean and in good condition at their service stations. * Set tables with basic tableware prior to restaurant opening. * Greet guests and take their orders. * Inspect dishes before serving to ensure they match the customer’s order. * Clear used dishes and gauge customer satisfaction with food or service. * Provide customers with their respective receipts after service. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. - Proficiency in the INFOREST system. - Availability to work rotating shifts (opening/closing). - Availability to work in the SAN MIGUEL district. **BENEFITS** - Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of employment. - Corporate benefits. - Meal coverage. - Individual tips. - Market-competitive salary.
