Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist for electrical installation and maintenance services, focused on safety supervision and regulatory compliance. Supervision of compliance with PPEs and safe procedures **Peruvian company providing electrical installation and maintenance services, as well as system services at fuel stations, is currently seeking top talent as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or Graduate Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields — mandatory. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (documented). * Experience in high-risk work (electrical, confined spaces, heights, etc.). * Specialization, diploma, and/or program in safety, occupational health, and environmental systems (minimum 120 hours of training). * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of on-site documents and management of field permits (ATS, work permits, checklists, etc.) for work entry. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks. * Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPEs for each task, and monitor compliance with Safe Work Procedures and work standards. * Knowledge of developing Safe Work Procedures and IPERC. * Maintain records of occupational accidents, as well as other mandatory records required by the occupational safety and health system. * Support accident/incident investigations. * Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and deliver training to personnel. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to the position/area’s mission.
