Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant to support the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Role with substantial responsibilities in occupational safety and health management At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, we are looking for an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant** to join our team at our **Callao** office, located just a few blocks from the **Faucett Outlet**. The position is scheduled from **Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.**, under the **MYPE – Small Business payroll scheme**, with a **monthly remuneration between S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,800**, subject to evaluation. The professional will be responsible for providing support in the **implementation, updating, and maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System**, actively participating in operational, documentary, and field activities. The role requires solid knowledge of **Law No. 29783 and its regulations**, as well as prior experience in similar functions. **Main Job Responsibilities** * Support the implementation and sustainability of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks and awareness-raising activities. * Monitor work practices and verify compliance with the IPERC. * Manage forms, records, mandatory trainings, and OSH indicators. * Prepare periodic reports and reports related to OSH. * Participate in audits, standardization processes, and scheduled visits. * Conduct periodic visits to various operations according to the schedule. **Job Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Law No. 29783 and its regulations (mandatory). * Knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems, documentation, and field activities.
