Responsible for the general and operational administration of the office **Peruvian real estate company**, specialized in marketing, promotion, and management of real estate projects, is currently seeking an **OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the real estate sector (desirable). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho * **Compensation:** Market-competitive * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Payroll under Remype Regime, 15 days of vacation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage, organize, and archive contracts, client files, and property documentation, ensuring proper control and confidentiality of information. * Provide administrative support to real estate advisors, coordinating schedules, appointments, property visits, and performing appropriate follow-up. * Prepare and submit administrative and operational reports according to management requirements. * Register, update, and maintain customer and property information in the CRM system. * Assist in the administrative control of payments and commissions, and prepare basic reports. * Be responsible for the general administration of the office and its proper operational functioning. Support the organization and coordination of internal events, staff training sessions, and other personnel activities. * Coordinate and provide support to external administrative departments (accounting, legal, etc.).
