Assist the Warranty Coordinator in collecting, validating, and controlling documentation required for factory reimbursement requests, as well as in timely tracking of customer-submitted claims. **Key responsibilities:** * Track and update the status of warranty claims. * Maintain an up-to-date record of all warranty claims originating from external customers, workshops, and/or service contracts. * Manage and control documentation required for factory reimbursement requests. * Support report preparation and analysis of departmental KPIs. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to warranty process timelines and requirements. **Requirements (General and specific knowledge):** * Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems. * Knowledge of Project Management. * Power BI – Intermediate level (to be assessed during the recruitment process). * Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. * English – Intermediate level. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
