We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **PRE-BILLING ASSISTANT** at our Miraflores branch, who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience supporting billing processes (preferred). * Residency in Miraflores or easy commuting access. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Structure files for billing. * Organize customs operation files. * Manage customs seals. * Cross-check system information with the declaration on the SUNAT portal. * Coordinate delivery and collection of invoices or shipping guides. * Provide support for banking procedures. * Efficiently apply documents from the management system. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll under the MYPE regime from day one. * Life insurance and ESSALUD coverage. * Career path. * Continuous training.
