It holds ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 certifications and is currently seeking personnel to continue growing and improving continuously. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS** Support the management of processes and documentation within the Human Capital Management area. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Maintain up-to-date digital personnel files. * Support the planning of trainings, inductions, and follow-up for new staff, and maintain corresponding records. * Perform data cleaning and analysis for performance indicators. * Record and digitize minutes of internal meetings. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Propose ideas and improvement suggestions to the team. * Actively participate in internal and external SIG audits. * Support the tracking of recommendations, observations, or Non-Conformities arising from audits related to the Human Capital Management area, as well as those identified by the SIG. **JOB PROFILE** * **Education:** Student from the 7th semester onwards in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** ISO Management Systems, Intermediate Excel, Basic English. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Knowledge of labor legislation. * **Minimum Experience:** No experience required.
