Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, disseminating, and restructuring the annual OSH plan, improving internal policies, and supervising documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous improvement of internal OSH policies 2. Support for field projects and supervision of procedures 3. Generation of progress reports and OSH reports Requirements: - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. - Training courses in safety management, occupational health and safety, environmental management, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or related roles. - Unique Labor Certificate (Formerly CertiJoven/CertiAdulto). - Residency near Puente Piedra or surrounding areas. (Non-exclusive) Responsibilities: - Develop, disseminate, and restructure the annual OSH plan. - Continuously improve internal OSH policies. - Provide support for field projects. - Supervise all documentation and procedures within the department. - Generate project progress reports and OSH reports. - Willingness to conduct field visits for projects. We Offer: - Base salary: S/.2,000.00, subject to performance evaluation. - Service fee receipt. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
