Promotion of safety, quality, and environmental standards **Date:** Mar 31, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Develop and implement a maintenance plan and schedule that supports the maintenance strategy by preparing long-term plans, managing resources required for plan execution (budget, material procurement, contracts, HR, etc.), and adapting the plan for short-term execution (schedule); thereby ensuring equipment remains in optimal condition and contributing to Safety. **What will you do in this role?** * Monitor compliance with the preventive maintenance plan, reporting deviations regarding duration and timeliness of execution. * Design and monitor the weekly maintenance schedule in coordination with Planning, Production, and Warehousing, managing the backlog for assigned plants. * Analyze and ensure spare parts availability for scheduled maintenance activities. * Identify synergies for corporate procurement of spare parts and/or maintenance services. * Verify and monitor updates to existing maintenance plans and activities (frequency and duration) recorded in SAP. * Verify and monitor maintenance plans and activities for new production lines and equipment, as registered in SAP by SSGG. * Apply and promote compliance with Alicorp’s Unified Manufacturing System standards. * Understand, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards in accordance with the company’s management systems and applicable legal regulations. **What do we require from you?** * 2 years of experience as Maintenance Planner, Engineer, or Supervisor in mass-consumption, food & beverage, personal care, or related industries. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Proficiency in SAP production module. * Additional knowledge or training in Maintenance Planning (preferred).
