Support for internal users on digital tools. **Example of your day** Your day will begin by organizing and prioritizing activities related to data analysis and system support. Throughout the day, you will work with various digital tools and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and available for business processes. You will collaborate on the creation and testing of digital solutions designed to optimize manual tasks, and participate in preparing technical and business documentation supporting these initiatives. You will interact with various internal users, providing clear and efficient support to facilitate their use of digital tools. **How you’ll stand out** * Perform data analysis using the ERP system database named Oneclick, ORF, TTA, TCTP, etc. (Siemens USA tool control software). * Provide support for updating and maintaining the warehouse tools and consumables database using TCTP (tool control software, barcode scanning, digital calibration certificate repository, and inventory counting). * Provide support for developing, maintaining, and testing RLA Field Service digital software and solutions as required by business needs, digitizing manual efforts (Power Platforms, Excel VBA, Tableau, Alteryx). * Provide support for preparing software documentation for digital solutions and business cases (PowerPoint presentations, guidelines, videos, flowcharts, and technical manuals). **What you bring** * Student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Electronics Engineering from the 8th semester onward (top third of class). * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). * Experience in database programming (SQL (Basic), Visual Basic (Advanced), PowerApps (Intermediate), Power Automate (Intermediate)). * Experience creating dashboards in Power BI (Advanced). * Basic/Intermediate knowledge in data analytics and data science. * Advanced Excel skills with experience in macro programming and dashboard creation (mandatory). **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than an energy technology company.
