Job Description: We are a growing metal-mechanical company seeking **01 Recruiter for Cerro Verde** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a recruiter for positions at **Cerro Verde mining company** (mandatory). * Proficiency in Tecsup and Sermedi platforms. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of **Excel**. * Responsible, proactive, and organized individual. * **Residence in Arequipa** (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational staff for **Cerro Verde mining company**. * Scheduling of training courses and medical examinations on Tecsup and Sermedi platforms. * Posting job vacancies and screening CVs according to required profiles. * Coordinating interviews and verifying candidates’ work experience. * Managing applicant and active staff databases. * Other duties related to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. **Benefits:** * **Honorarium Receipt (RxH) arrangement**. * **Monthly remuneration: S/ 1,300.00**, (negotiable). * Opportunity to gain experience in **mining recruitment**. * Positive work environment.
