We are characterized by continuous growth and are seeking passionate talents who wish to join our team. **Position:** Recruitment and Staffing Assistant **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * University graduate * 6 months’ experience in the position, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications sector (Desirable). * Ability to manage own recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will your responsibilities be?** * Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for staff. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and role\-play exercises for selection. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms. * Schedule training sessions and conduct inductions for candidates. * Meet weekly HeadCount targets. * Support the workplace climate program and applicant follow\-up. * Assist with company activities. * Submit recruitment reports. * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant work environment. * Employment modality: Honorarium Receipt * Fixed salary: S/1200 * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Location: Av.
