Field-based analytical and problem-solving skills **Position Profile: Resident Engineer – Production Supervisor** Job Description: We seek a Resident Engineer – Production Supervisor with experience in executing and controlling industrial flooring projects (polishing, densification, chemical treatments, and sealing). You will be responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily production, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and reporting progress to the Operations Management. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise technical staff and field crews. Coordinate production schedule execution, ensuring achievement of daily targets and project deadlines. Supervise processes including grinding, diamond polishing, application of densifiers, sealers, and final finishes. Validate and ensure proper use of equipment and machinery (floor polishers, scarifiers, industrial vacuum cleaners, etc.). Manage on-site supplies, materials, and tools. Prepare progress reports and valuations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (SSOMA). Essential Requirements Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineer (or related field), registered or bachelor’s degree holder. Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising production in civil, industrial construction, or specialized flooring service projects. Technical knowledge of concrete or terrazzo floor polishing, densification, and sealing processes (desirable). Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Project, and AutoCAD. Experience managing field crews (minimum 10 people). Willingness to work on-site and during extended shifts as required by project needs. Competencies and Skills Leadership and command ability.
