Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and helpful on-call staff member to cover vacations, controlling access, assisting residents, and managing incidents in a building. Key Points: 1. Positive work environment. **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to the management of buildings and condominiums, with over 15 years in the market, offers an on-call position to cover vacations in a building located in Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking spaces. * Clarify inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record events in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Record entry and exit of service providers upon prior authorization by the resident or management. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work from **February 16 to February 28**, Monday through Saturday, on weekly rotating shifts, and holidays (double pay for holidays), subject to employer’s needs. * Ability to commute to the district of Miraflores (near the intersection of Av. 28 de Julio and Av. Paseo de la República). * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Completion of all three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and helpful individual. **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Remuneration: S/ 50.00 per shift worked. * Double pay for holidays worked. * Positive work environment. **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, upon completion of all assigned shifts.
