**Occupational Clinic S\&M** is seeking an **Occupational Health Coordinator** with solid experience in occupational clinics, strong leadership capabilities, and administrative management skills to lead site operations, supervise the healthcare team, and ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in **Nursing, Administration, or related fields** (mandatory).
* Minimum **1 year of experience in occupational health clinics** (mandatory).
* Proven experience in operational coordination, healthcare service administration, and personnel management.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supervising healthcare processes.
* Knowledge of procedures related to **Occupational Medical Examinations (OME)**.
* Familiarity with areas and procedures including: Spirometry, Audiometry, Occupational Ophthalmology, Triage, Electrocardiogram (EKG), Occupational X-ray (desirable)
* Proficiency in managing performance indicators related to management, productivity, and quality.
* **Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Residence in areas near the **Callao** is desirable.
**Responsibilities**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations.
* Lead and manage the healthcare and administrative teams, fostering a positive work environment and goal achievement.
* Ensure proper execution of Occupational Medical Examinations and other occupational health services.
* Supervise compliance with protocols, procedures, and standards of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Provide direct support to Management in operational, administrative, and strategic clinic management.
* Monitor productivity indicators, patient wait times, and staff performance.
* Coordinate timely procurement of supplies, materials, and requirements across departments.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Evaluate the performance of supervised staff and propose improvement and training plans.
* Coordinate submission of departmental requests (on the 5th and 20th of each month)
* Prepare management reports and summaries for Management.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position.

**Schedule**
**Monday to Saturday:** 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
