We are currently seeking a **Social Media Content Creator** to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Create, record, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (Reels, TikToks, carousels, and Stories). * Conduct product, equipment, and event photography sessions to feed digital channels. * Record, edit, and publish podcast episodes in both audio and video formats. * Develop creative strategies to position the brand as a market leader in Peru. * Manage the digital community: respond to comments and messages, and foster interaction. * Plan and schedule monthly content aligned with brand and business objectives. * Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate the company’s vision into compelling visual narratives. * Analyze engagement and growth metrics, proposing continuous improvements. * Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and editing tools. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience creating social media content for brands (intermediate level—not junior or senior). * Demonstrable portfolio including video content, photography, and community management. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)—mandatory. * Advanced video editing skills: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. * Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro. * In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (algorithms, formats, optimal posting times). * Basic proficiency with recording equipment: cameras, lighting, and audio gear. * Basic audio editing skills for podcasts (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar tools).
