Currently, we are seeking the best talent to fill the position of **SSOMA COORDINATOR**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering and/or related fields. * Diploma or specialization in occupational safety and health (Desirable). * Training courses in: Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Hot Work. * Knowledge of audits, certifications, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Environmental Management. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * **Minimum 2 years of certified experience in the position.** * **Availability to work at the plant located in Carapongo, Lurigancho Chosica.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Develop safe work procedures. * Lead and manage the team of Supervisors assigned to various hydrocarbon stations. * Prepare schedules for certifications and training. * Lead and conduct investigations and root cause analyses of workplace accidents. * Supervise that all departments comply with and implement corrective actions issued by SSOMA. * Update the IPERC matrix and verify implementation of controls. * Develop management indicators and reports for management. * Develop and implement the contingency plan. * Verify that company personnel comply with occupational safety and health regulations prior to performing their duties. * Develop, update, and disseminate the internal occupational safety and health regulation. * Review documentation and checklist forms as applicable. **BENEFITS:** * Positive work environment, opportunities for growth.
