**\*POSITION: HVAC SUPERVISOR\*** **\*COMPANY: REFRIAIRE SAC – AIR CONDITIONING\*** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Supervise, coordinate and ensure the proper execution of air conditioning system installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and other related tasks, guaranteeing quality, safety, compliance with company deadlines and customer requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** o Technical, professional or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration Mechanics, Air Conditioning or related fields o Experience with HVAC systems is essential. o Prepare technical reports and quotations. o Submit material and supply requests for operations. o Availability to work full-time o Leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills; proactive attitude o Good judgment when dealing directly with customers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** o Plan and supervise the activities of the technical staff under supervision. o Coordinate and verify the correct installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems. o Identify system failures and propose efficient technical solutions. o Ensure compliance with service schedules and technical specifications. o Train and provide technical support to operational staff when necessary. o Represent the company before the client during inspections or technical meetings related to the service **BENEFITS:** o Payroll with all legal benefits according to MYPE regulations o Positive work environment **REFERENCES:** o We are located on Perú Avenue, near Mercado 3 de Enero o Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Type of position: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
