Supervises and evaluates staff performance **JOB PROFILE** Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Training:** Knowledge of physicochemical analysis Knowledge of and ability to interpret NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 in its current version Knowledge of uncertainty evaluation Knowledge of result validity assurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Experience:** Minimum 3 years conducting physicochemical testing **RESPONSIBILITIES** Implement and enforce established procedures within the management system to ensure their implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement related to physicochemical testing. • Define and implement improvements in physicochemical laboratory tasks. • Periodically review and verify compliance with the laboratory equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration program. • Analyze and review reported results of physicochemical tests. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international regulations and technical standards relevant to the services provided. • Manage and supervise compliance with the proficiency testing program for physicochemical test methods. • Supervise and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision in conducting physicochemical tests. • Implement new accredited and non-accredited methodologies within the organization when required. • Execute corrective actions and handle non-conforming work generated within the area. • Respond to and support laboratory physicochemical audits. • Ensure proper handling of samples and working equipment. • Ensure correct use of physicochemical laboratory consumables.
