We are currently seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** * Age: 26 years or older * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in field and office work. * Availability to work both in the field and in the office * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (optional) * Education: Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical degrees. **Responsibilities:** * Verify and comply with daily schedules, ensuring that all activities conducted before, during, and after service execution are carried out safely. * Comply with work procedures, organizational standards, and remain available for any last-minute changes. * Supervise field personnel, verifying that they possess required PPE, materials, and necessary documentation for scheduled services. * Conduct training sessions for staff and/or clients, as scheduled, regarding our services. * Conduct technical visits to clients, as scheduled. * Carry out unannounced visits to work teams at client sites to assess improvements. * Develop procedures, instructions, flowcharts, and other documents required for the Operations area, in coordination with the IMS Coordinator. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Contact: 999 882 531 / 985 233 032 **Benefits:** * Formal employment (statutory benefits) * Ongoing training * Bonuses and paid overtime * Career development path Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: Starting at S/.1,650.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to travel according to schedule? * Are you available to work on SUNDAYS in the field?
