




Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to support administration and finance activities, including accounting recordkeeping, account reconciliation, and report preparation. Flexible support schedules **ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEER** Students in their final semesters or graduates in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields **Responsibilities:** * Record income and expenses in accounting books or digital systems * Assist with account reconciliation * Review and organize payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices * Maintain petty cash or minor funds records * Collaborate on budget preparation and financial projections * Prepare simple reports for coordination meetings * Archive financial documents in an orderly manner (digitally or physically) * Verify that documents are complete and properly signed * Assist with vendor and service payments control * Ensure each expense has supporting documentation * Provide information to auditors or the finance committee MODALITY: VIRTUAL NO prior experience required.
