We are looking for a waiter/waitress for a café-bistro located in San Isidro. **Schedule**: \- Rotating shifts; initially, intermediate and closing shifts. \- One day off per week. **Employment Type**: Service fee receipt. **Salary**: \- S/.1130.00, paid in two biweekly installments. \- 20% tip retention in vouchers; tips are paid daily in cash. **Requirements**: \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in restaurants. \- Preferably familiarity with the InfoRest system (not mandatory). **Responsibilities**: \- Polishing cutlery. \- Cleaning the dining area. \- Setting tables. \- Washing kitchenware; shared among all waiters/waitresses, only on dishwasher’s days off. \- Other duties as may be discussed during the interview.
