Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide friendly and efficient customer service, take orders, and maintain the service area, ensuring good presentation and coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during their visit. Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper presentation. Record transactions in the POS system and coordinate with the cashier for accurate billing. Keep the service area and assigned tables clean and organized. Verify correct order registration and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service. Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (restaurants, clubs, or events). Proficiency in POS systems. Good personal appearance and courteous demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Responsibility, dynamism, and customer orientation. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with one day off per week).
