Strong service orientation, friendly and courteous. **Responsibilities:** \- Provide customer service in accordance with company-established procedures and quality standards. \- Knowledge of table service protocols. \- Extensive knowledge of wines, meat cuts, and related items. \- Preparation of service stations and table setting. \- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and appearance. \- Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 4 years’ experience in hotels and restaurants. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and rest days. \- Familiarity with restaurant management systems. \- Strong service orientation, friendly and courteous. \- Intermediate English proficiency. \- Intermediate-level Office software skills.
