Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of raw material and supply warehouses for production, ensuring quality, food safety, and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouses of the food industry. 2. Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and inventory control. 3. Intermediate Excel proficiency and inventory control systems. **Job Description** Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and supplying raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and traceability specifications. Additionally, responsible for weighing formulations according to established production orders. Requirements * Completed technical studies in Logistics, Industrial Administration, Warehouse Management, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Lead Warehouse Clerk, or similar positions. * Proven experience in warehouses of the food industry. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety principles. * Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and traceability. * Experience in receiving and dispatching raw materials and supplies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ERP-based inventory control system experience is desirable. * Ability to dose or weigh raw materials for food production processes. * Availability to work on-site at the plant. Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials. * Maintain physical and documentary inventory records for the warehouse. * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Weigh raw materials according to approved formulations. * Timely supply of production needs based on daily requirements. * Verify expiration dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions. * Maintain traceability of materials used in production. * Participate in periodic inventory counts. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and GMP compliance in warehouse areas. * Report deviations, shortages, or incidents related to inventory or raw materials.
