In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and executing the qualification and accreditation of both contingent and permanent personnel required for scheduled services, ensuring compliance with our clients’ procedures and with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental guidelines. You will report to the Coordinator, Accreditation. This position is based in Lima, Vulcano Office. Team You Will Join You will join a team of Human Resources professionals specialized in personnel qualification and accreditation processes for field services and operations. Our team plays a key role in ensuring that personnel have, in a timely manner, the required qualifications, documents, and credentials to participate in scheduled services. Schedule and coordinate mandatory medical examinations and training courses, tracking resolution of observations and compliance with each client’s requirements. Manage documentation required for accreditation, including insurance policies, credentials, photo IDs, equivalency certifications, licenses, and other documents, as specified by mining unit and position. Upload and maintain up-to-date personnel documentation in each client’s systems, ensuring appropriate information protection and confidentiality. Promptly identify potential non-compliance risks and coordinate action plans to ensure coverage of personnel required for each service. Coordinate with accredited personnel regarding their participation, training, contract signing, mobilization, and deployment, activating backup personnel when necessary. Deliver the list of accredited personnel to operations within agreed timelines and maintain the accreditation database up to date. Maintain coordination with qualification and accreditation teams at mining units to understand and comply with their specific requirements, as well as applicable safety and management system guidelines. What We Expect From You **Education:** Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional experience performing mass personnel accreditation functions in mining units. **Knowledge:** Planning and control. **Microsoft Office:** Intermediate level. **Occupational Safety and Health:** Job-relevant knowledge.
