Job Summary: Greta Labs is seeking an analytical and proactive Junior BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and embrace new challenges. Key Highlights: 1. Develop interactive dashboards and model data At **Greta Labs**, we are looking for a **Junior BI Analyst** eager to take on new challenges and contribute expertise in data analysis, visualization, and management. We seek an analytical, proactive individual capable of transforming data into clear and useful information for decision-making. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technologies. **Experience:** * 3 years of experience. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Three (3\) years of professional experience in roles related to data analytics, data science, and database management. * Understanding of ETL processes to improve the efficiency of using all data sources. * Advanced Excel * Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (mandatory). * Experience managing gateways to connect Power BI to on-premises database servers. * Strong foundation in Mathematics/Statistics. * Intermediate-level experience using Python for data manipulation (Python, NumPy, etc.) (mandatory). * Intermediate-level SQL experience, primarily with PostgreSQL and MariaDB (mandatory). * Basic experience with Git for version control. **Key Skills:** * Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Migration, and Microsoft Fabric. **Mandatory Requirements** * **MUST:** User-level report design (clear, assertive, and visually appealing). * **Power BI (mandatory):** Development of interactive reports and dashboards. Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation. Creation of measures and calculated columns using DAX (mandatory). Data modeling using star schema and BI best practices. * **SQL (basic to intermediate level):** SELECT queries. JOINs (INNER, LEFT). GROUP BY, HAVING, and aggregate functions.
